PRICES INCLUDE:
Fully licensed Professional Hunter, Hunting Vehicle Fee, Fuel for the Safari, Full Board Accommodation in the hunting camp, Fully Equipped Luxury Camp, Trained Camp Staff, concession fees, meals, all non-alcoholic beverages, Laundry & Camp Services

NOT INCLUDED:
Air Charters to camp/return, firearm permit ($250), trophy fees on all species harvested or wounded, *alcoholic beverages (*can be purchased prior to safari and transferred to camp), gratuities or any expenses incurred prior to or following the safari.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Bookings shall only be accepted with a 50% deposit on the valid safari cost for the year in which the hunt will be conducted.
Confirmation of bookings will only be made upon full payment of the safari cost for the year in which the relevant hunt will be conducted.
Full payment for a safari must be received at least ninety (90) days before the beginning of the Tanzanian hunting season (July 1st of each year).
All bookings are subject to cancellation costs.
Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days before the beginning of the Tanzanian hunting season, for the year in which the hunt is booked, are subject to a fee of 25% of the invoice for that safari.
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the beginning of the Tanzanian hunting season, for the year in which the hunt is booked, are subject to a fee of 50% of the invoice for that safari.
Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of the Tanzanian hunting season, for the year in which the hunt is booked, are subject to a fee of 75% of the invoice for that safari.
Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the first hunting day of the booked safari, for the year in which the hunt is booked, will forfeit 100% of the invoice for that safari.
No personal, company or any form of cheque will be accepted as form of payment against invoices. Only cash payment and telegraphic bank transfers will be accepted.
All cost of transactions will be payable by the client.
Game Fees have to be fully paid in cash and in camp, at the end of each safari. Only EURO and US$ currencies will be accepted. Quoted rates are all in US$.
Wild Footprints will not be responsible for any injury, trauma or death caused before, during or after the booked safari. Take all necessary medical precautions and inoculations before you embark on safari. In an emergency, medical & evacuation costs are payable by the client. You are advised to be fully insured.
Due to government regulation, currency fluctuations and market changes, rates and prices may change without notice and necessary differences are payable by the client/booking agent.

GOVERNMENT FEES:
Hunting license= $2,850 USD for 10 day Safari, $4,900 USD for 16 day Safari, and $4,900 USD for 21 day Safari.
Domestic flight / transport= $1,500 USD
Dip & Pack 21 day package= $1,200 USD
Dip & Pack less then 21 days= $1,000 USD
Non-Hunting Client (Observer) fees= $350 USD per day.
Airport/firearm import permit and export= $250 USD per firearm.
Trophy fees for killed/ wounded animals as per trophy fees list.

TROPHY HANDLING FEES:
A deposit toward trophy fees is required 30 days prior to the start of a safari. This amount will be held in escrow by Hilary Daffi Safaris or (booking agent) until the culmination of the safari and a trophy fee balance has been established.

10 & 12 day Safari - $5,000 deposit
14 & 16 day Safari - $15,000 deposit
21 & 28 day Safari - $20,000 deposit

Balance due toward trophy fees is payable by wire transfer to Hilary Daffi Safaris or check/wire transfer to (booking agent) within 14 days of safari completion. If deposit exceeds trophy fee balance, then difference will be sent to client within 14 days of safari completion.
